Education & Training is expected to be 70 lakh crores Industry by the year 2030

Growth in population coupled with enhanced use of technology, the worldwide expenses on Education & Training are estimated to reach at an unprecedented level of Rs. 70 lakh crores, by the year ending 2030. It is expected that Asia and Africa will prove to be simulators for this type of growth. Globally, demand for well-qualified teaching and training personnel will increase manyfold.

The existing educational institutions will continue to be the main source of providing employment opportunities, although the Govt. will also continue to play its effective role in this task. Regional level talent hubs may supply qualified & trained labor. Big institutions are also expected to emerge with higher efficiency levels rimed to drive the future of learning & talent. Online learning and talent acquisition are also likely to gain further momentum.
